Fordy Marshall acted on behalf of two adjoining landowners who’s interests were equalised prior to the site being put to the open market. Outline planning had been secured by DH Land Strategy, acting as a promoter on behalf of the two landowners.
The site was marketed to key regional and national house builders as well as advertising in the Yorkshire Post and via Rightmove. The sale was executed via informal tender.
Strata Homes were the successful bidder and a conditional contract was entered into, subject to them achieving a satisfactory Reserve Matters Planning Consent.
The sale was completed in August 2018
