Scope of Project
Fordy Marshall advise the current owners of a 74 bedroom hotel in Preston, pre-let to Travelodge Hotels Ltd.
Christopher Fordy introduced Travelodge and negotiated a new 25 year lease on a mill refurbishment close to the centre of Preston, following which the building was renovated and fitted out for its use as a budget hotel.
Ongoing management work has involved dealing with two CVA’s, rent reviews and valuation work for loan security purposes.
