Fordy Marshall advised Castlevale Developments Ltd on the sale of land extending to approx. 1 acre, to Whitbread Plc for the development of a new Premier Inn budget hotel, situated on the outskirts of the market town of Thirsk.

The hotel site forms part of a larger mixed use development including housing, retail and leisure.

Land sale completed 2016.
