Fordy Marshall Ltd advised George Fordy properties Ltd on the sale of a 1 acre site on the north side of the town to Marstons for the development of a new pub/restaurant.

Land deal negotiated subject to Marstons securing planning, at a price reflecting approx. £600,000, partially serviced site.

Deal completed 2016.
