Sale of Land approx 1.225 acres to Aldi Foodstores Ltd.

Scope of Project

Fordy Marshall advised Castlevale Developments Ltd on the sale of land situated on the outskirts of Thirsk, forming part of a mixed use development incorporating 925 new residential dwellings, hotel, care home, retail  and leisure facilities.

Part of the land disposals included land extending to approx. 1.225 acres sold to Aldi Foodstores Ltd for the development of a foodstore. Deal agreed on a conditional basis, subject to Aldi securing planning consent. New store opened 2017.
