Scope of Project

Acting on behalf of W & V Kayley Ltd, Christopher Fordy was involved in the pre-letting of a new foodstore as part of a mixed use development on the site of a former mill, in Preston town centre.

The property was leased to Lidl (UK) GmbH for a new 25 year term, from 2007.

Since that time Fordy Marshall have advised the landlords on various matters, including rent reviews, re-gear of the lease and building extension.
