FM acted on behalf of the Landowner in negotiating the land transaction terms following grant of Reserved Matters Consent for a residential housing scheme of 80 units on this prime site, situated to the east of Green Hammerton.
The land had originally been secured via Option Terms to Loxley Homes who promoted the site and achieved the planning and agreed a back to back disposal to Avant Homes Yorkshire.
Fordy Marshall assisted the landowner with provision of consultancy throughout the process, and the negotiation of the land disposal price.
Avant Homes are due to start on site during the summer of 2021.
