Scope of Project
Fordy Marshall are retained to negotiate a Landowners Agreement and to negotiate an agreement with a Developer to fund and manage the promotion of the site.
The ultimate purpose being to achieve a planning consent to develop the combined landholdings for new housing development, and to sell the land on the best terms achievable in the open market.
