Approx 100 acres on the outskirts of Middlesborough. Fordy Marshall advised a Consortium of Landowners on the negotiation of option terms with David Wilson Homes together with a landowners agreement / collaboration with equalisation clauses.

David Wilson Homes secured planning in December 2012 to develop the site for 295 executive homes with work commencing August 2013.
