Scope of Project

Fordy Marshall advised clients on the Development Potential for part of their landholding lying adjacent to Bolton on Swale Primary School, to the south side of Scorton Village.

Expressions of interest were sought from targeted Housebuilders, Promoters and Developers with the aim of partnering with a suitable organisation to pursue the development potential and planning application work.

Option Terms have been agreed with Wharfedale Homes, who have subsequently submitted an Outline Planning Consent for 40 dwellings. The application will also include planning gain in the form of additional car parking facilities for the adjoining Primary School.
